My office is located at The Centre
for Healing and Personal Growth, Suite 600, 180 Metcalfe Street, Ottawa, ON, K2P 1P5. The building
is on the west side of Metcalfe between Lisgar and Nepean Streets. There are one hour parking meters on Metcalfe between
9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.. There are parking meters with two hour limits on Lisgar and Nepean between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00
p.m.. There are parking lots with hourly rates across the street from the building on Metcalfe and behind the building
(with access from Nepean St.). Bus routes #1, #2, #4, #5, #6, #7, and #14 have stops
within two blocks of our location.

The building is wheelchair accessible. There is
a ramp behind the building which is accessed form Nepean Street.
When you arrive at 180 Metcalfe Street for your
appointment, take the elevator to the 6th floor. There is a blue door on your left with the Centre for Healing and Personal
Growth sign on it. Please come in and have a seat in the waiting room and I will meet you there at our designated time.
